What is the return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted.

*At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please place a new order if a different size is needed.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at team@mallanyc.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Are any purchases final sale?

If we are unable to accept returns on certain items these will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

All MALLA bikinis are handmade after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by standard shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All MALLA pieces are handmade in the United States by a mother–daughter team. Production is intentionally kept small to ensure quality and minimize waste.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
